Full customer support services are included for one year with the purchase price of any of our products. Each year thereafter, customers may extend access to support by purchasing an Extended Maintenance Agreement (EMA).

Extended Maintenance Agreement

To purchase, renew or get a quote on an EMA, please fill out our Quote Request Form.

To renew your EMA by credit card or debit card online, log in to the CTI EMA Renewal Site, click the “Renew EMA” link under “Extended Maintenance” in the left hand menu.

Download this form and email it to sales@chesapeaketech.com to provide credit card information securely.

EMA PRICING effective  Jan 2021
  • Office processing EMAs cost $1195 per year
  • Field only EMAs now cost $1195 per year
  • Field & Office EMAs cost $1395 per year
  • Prepaid current renewals 2 years 15% off
  • Prepaid current renewals 3 years 25% off
  • Prepaid current renewals 4 years 30% off
  • Prepaid current renewals 5 years 35% off
  • Does not apply to lapsed EMAs
  • EMAs older than 7 years will no longer be eligible for renewal
Support includes
  • Access to our online support sites that feature our self-help knowledge base, tutorials, videos, and other training and support documents

  • The ability to email specific questions, which we typically answer within 1-3 business days, depending on the urgency of the situation

  • Preferred technical support; we try our best to answer everyone’s questions

  • We do offer priority response to everyone who is in their first year of use or has purchased an EMA

  • Unlimited downloads of all product upgrades while EMA is current
  • Biweekly improvements and  fixes for client reported issues
  • Upload site where you may deposit data files for review

  • 15% discount on the cost of all training events

  • Hands-on training offered at customer sites on demand
