We respect others’ intellectual property rights, and we insist our users do the same. If you believe that posted content or Submissions infringe your rights under copyright law in specific materials (collectively, a “Work”), please follow the procedure described below to notify us of your concerns or objections.
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the “DMCA”) gives recourse to copyright owners who believe material on the Internet infringes their rights under U.S. copyright law. If you have a good faith belief that content or material on the site infringes your copyright, you or your agent may send us a notice requesting that such material be removed or that or access to it be blocked (the “Notice”). The Notice must contain the following information: (i) an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner; (ii) a description of the copyrighted Work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed; (iii) a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the site; (iv) your address, telephone number, and email address; (v) a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (vi) a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner’s behalf.
If you believe in good faith that a Notice of copyright infringement has been wrongly filed by us against you, the DMCA permits you to send us a counter-notice. Notices and counter-notices must meet the then-current statutory requirements imposed by the DMCA. See www.loc.gov/copyright for details. You may wish to consult your legal adviser before filing a Notice or counter-notice. Please note there can be penalties for false claims under the DMCA.
Any Notice or counter-notices must be sent to us at:
